Fig. 6c,d: The same patient two years postoperatively. The final appearance is result of maxillary osteotomy with leveling, mandibular sagital split with advancement, advancing genioplasty with additional onlay calvarial bone graft. Hypoplasia of the mandibular region was corrected using osteopericranial calvarial bone graft pedicled on the temporal vessels. The temporal and zygomatic region on the same side were corrected with an additional folded-over pericranial flap.
